Challenges

  • Handling tiny small components. Each component must move separately and carefully

  • Required civil works for permanently fixed machineries. Walls also needed to be broken

down to move certain over size machines from the plantDismantle many sensitive parts of huge aircraft accessories Packing and transportation for millions worth heavy equipment Moving workstation and files

Outcomes

✓ NO claims or Damages occurred

✓ Managed to move all as per plan. Unexpected delays occurred only due to delay in getting govt approval.

✓ The entire factory was moved successfully

Conclusion

We are very happy that we could satisfy our customer and give our best possible services. This project was an overall confidence boost for our entire team and we are pretty much confident to take up such factory relocation projects in the coming future years.
